I think Feingold's got balls to say this out loud. Here's hoping it's the beginning of a frank discussion throughout Congress and within the administration (then again, I'm not holding my breath).
Update: Chuck Hagel, Senator of the crimson state of Nebraska, is also expressing similar sentiments. As noted elsewhere, "the floodgates are open".
