The scary thing is we are all heading towards being speechless the way our rights are disappearing. That inconvenient constitution getting in the Bush admins way again, not really...not when the Dems don't have the balls or power to do anything. Not when the hand picked court will let it happen. The system of checks and balances is failing against this erosion of the constitution and our rights.
